maybe people are not as imformed as you and I about what to buy in order to survive a storm or power outage just as some people have the capacity to go out and buy a cheap little generator just so when power does go out they can have the basics heat and lights...but do they of course not they depend on high paid individuals to make sure if power goes out that these people will get it back on tuit suite..lol the more informed people are today in our society the less brain capacity for reasoning they seem to have...

hard liquor and cornbread is my fallback storm survival food, which, coincidentally is *supposed* to wallop us this weekend.

If you don't have electricity, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are quick and easy to make and require only being able to see to do it. Not everyone can afford to buy a generator to have on hand for times when the electric service is out due to weather.

Hmmmm....I know I left that wand around here somewhere!

Sandwiches are easy. I agree but almost everyone, besides people that live in an apartment, have a grill. I guess it just depends on what you like. I don’t like bread so it would be a last resort for me. Unless by bread we are talking chocolate cake. I can dig that.
