I have been gyming and exercising for over 10 years now,
on a regular basis. I still do not see the sort of results
I myself expect to see considering what I am doing. I just
think that some people will not have the abs, the pecs, or
the physique like some of the pictures we see out and about.
Be this that I am genetically challenged (from large family)

I tell ya, I bought a home gym because I did not have the time

At-Home Workout 11/21/2004
Memberships to fitness clubs and gyms are over-rated.
Go out outside and take the on a walk instead of walking
on a treadmill. Use an ax to chop down a tree instead of using
a chainsaw. Push-ups and sit-ups can be done at home too.
There are many alternatives to fitness club machines and
expensive memberships. BE CREATIVE!

why do all women want a well toned guy? 11/21/2004
I have noticed that most of the women I have dated lately
all want the same thing a buff over bearing beefy guy. What
about those of us who are not fat but not built like a mack
truck. I think I am toned but not a work out freak. I like to

Ab help 11/14/2004
I work out at my gym about 5-6 days a week for the past 2 yrs.
I eat about 5 times a day. I can't seem to loose/tone
up in my ab area. Can anyone help me or suggest something?

i put this in the wrong category last time, but my tip is to
drink heaps more water to get bigger loads, i think it also
helps with spread/distance if you're into it. if i
am dehydrated i've got next to nothing and its going
nowhere.

best method is sprinting, but dont worry if you cant go for
more than the end of the street. warm up with a jog and sprint
your self till your finding it uncomfortable to breath.
then powerwalk to get back your breath and sprint again.
do this so you sprint at least 5times before you quit as doing
it in bursts increases endurance, and we all know how useful
that is

Walking vs. Jogging 10/27/2004
I am a walker. I walk approx. 10 miles 5-6 days a week. My thighs

ENOUGH? 10/21/2004
I use to jog during the week. But, with my schedule these
days I have got myself a Gazelle Edge Elliptical machine
which I use for 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. Although I prefer
jogging, this has its bonus' too.

For all those fitness experts, is this enough? Or, do I need
